Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a qualified Window and Door Service Technician to join our Salt Lake City team. This hands-on role involves diagnosing field repairs, installing windows and doors, and delivering excellent service to customers.

The job is physically demanding, requires lifting and ladder work, and offers a company van, tools, training, and a competitive hourly wage of $24–$28 with a $1,500 signing bonus, plus health benefits and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry/construction preferred, but not required.
• We seek reliable, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record is required.
• Class A license is a plus.
• All applicants must be at least age 18.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels.
• This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders.
• Perform window and door installations.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Company will provide service van, tools, and training.
• Meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
