Job summary

Mead Lumber Grandview is seeking a Repair Associate to provide repair, maintenance, and service support for millwork products, including doors, windows, and trim. You diagnose issues, perform quality repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service in a safe, professional environment.

Duties include inspecting and repairing products, maintaining records, coordinating with sales and operations, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in millwork, carpentry, construction or related field preferred.
• Experience repairing doors, windows, or similar materials preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair millwork products such as doors and windows.
• Perform adjustments and repairs to ensure proper function and quality.
• Complete warranty and service work per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain records of repairs, service calls, and materials used.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and vendors to resolve issues.
