Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. in Fort Huachuca, AZ is seeking an Associate Windows Desktop Administrator to provide enterprise desktop support for Army missions. You will build and configure Windows systems and manage desktops using enterprise tools.

The role requires Security+ CE before hire and MD-102/AZ-900/A+ within 6 months, along with 2 years in technical field and knowledge of AD, Windows 10/11, and VMware. On-site, fast-paced environment with after-hours on-call and strict DoD guidelines.

Qualifications

Must have Security+ CE certification prior to hire.
Must acquire MD-102 or higher, AZ-900 or higher, or CompTIA A+ within 6 months of hire.
HS + 2 years of experience in technical field, AA/AS, or BA/BS, to include up to one year of hands-on Windows desktop administration.
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration.
Experience with physical and virtual (VMware) desktops.
Familiarity with DISA STIGs and IAVAs.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise desktop support for the Army in a fast-paced environment.
Build and configure Windows-based systems for mission areas.
Proactively administer desktops using enterprise toolsets and troubleshoot complex issues.
Ensure desktop configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations.
Document troubleshooting efforts and participate in on-call rotations.
