This role involves technical troubleshooting, system optimization, and supporting various Windows deployment and configuration tasks to maintain a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a stable and effective desktop platform through administration of Windows 11 and enterprise management tools.
• Support and troubleshoot, including Windows debugging and scripting with PowerShell; familiarity with C# development is preferred.
• Understand the fundamental architecture and main characteristics of operating systems, with an in-depth focus on Windows.
• Perform systems administration tasks such as capacity planning, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and trend analysis in enterprise environments.
• Manage endpoint identity and device management using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including configuration of Group Policy and sign-in processes.
• Troubleshoot escalated incidents involving software, network issues, and crash-dump analysis, collaborating with various support teams.
• Automate administrative tasks and scripting using PowerShell, WMI, and Microsoft APIs; knowledge of .NET or C# is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Windows desktop engineering or endpoint management.
• Hands-on support experience with:
  • Windows 11 deployment and OEM Ready-to-Provision images
  • Windows debugging and automation using PowerShell or C#
  • Management tools such as Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune
  • Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Web browsers including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
  • Endpoint identity management via Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Event-log analytics tools such as Nexthink or Splunk
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerShell scripting, WMI, and relevant Microsoft APIs.
• Familiarity with automation processes and scripting for system administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with a variety of endpoint management tools and troubleshooting tools.
