A custom window treatment company in Pineville is seeking an Interior Design Consultant to provide excellent service and tailor custom window treatments for clients. Responsibilities include educating clients about products, generating quotes, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Candidates should have sales experience, good communication skills, and a passion for home decor. This position offers a competitive salary and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Sales and design experience preferred.
• Full-time: 36-40+ hours per week.
• Store hours are Monday-Friday 11am-6pm and Saturday 11am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about all products offered.
• Recommend products that meet clients’ needs.
• Generate quotes in an efficient, timely manner.
• Provide continued communication with Operations team.
• Listen attentively to client concerns.
