Job summary

LB Contract Supply is seeking an Installer to join a fast-growing leader in commercial interiors. You will install commercial window shades, blinds, and drapery systems on active construction sites, reading basic layouts and project drawings, and using hand and power tools.

This full-time, in-person role offers training, competitive pay of $22–$28+ per hour with year-end bonus, bi-weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to advance into leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction, installation, warehouse, delivery, or general labor.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade.

Job Overview

• Company: LB Contract Supply.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $22 to $28+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.
• Location: In person (Madison, WI or DFW, TX)
• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday.
• Project Scope: Commercial Window Coverings and Interior Finishes.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital member of our Field Operations team, transforming commercial spaces through the precise installation of high-quality interior finishes. This role offers you the autonomy to work on diverse projects while receiving the training and support needed to quickly advance into leadership positions.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Install commercial window shades, blinds, and drapery systems
• Read basic layouts and project drawings
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work on active commercial construction sites
• Complete light finish work including trim, caulking, and touch-ups

Required Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
