Job summary

SAV Shades Department seeks a skilled technician to install residential and commercial window treatments including roller shades, roman shades, and drapery tracks. You will collaborate with Senior Techs and Project Managers to ensure correct installation and adherence to best practices.

The role involves following safety procedures, documenting work, and potentially overnight stays outside Bozeman. Training is provided to support growth within the department.

• Ability to read and interpret construction documentation
• Maintain a standard of appearance and behavior that reflects SAV’s high-level of professionalism

Responsibilities

• Work with colleagues, contractors and clients to ensure procedures are followed, correct materials are available, project timelines are adhered to, and clients are satisfied.
• Successfully execute Window Treatment install projects from rough-in phase through the finish phase including preparing the project space, ensuring that all window treatments are communicating, programming window treatments, et.
• Follow safety practices and procedures, including job site maintenance and cleanliness procedures.
• Accurately document work and report back to managers.
• Some work assignments may require overnight stays outside of the Bozeman area.
