Job summary

American Window Film is seeking energetic installers/tinters to join our growing Denver team. Base pay plus uncapped commission with top installers earning over $100K per year. Our installers typically earn $10+ per hour above their base rate, with no cap. You can hit the ground running from day one.

Responsibilities include site preparation, tinting, graphics installation, customer service, and safety. Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for travel and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year prior experience in flat glass film installation.
• Strong knowledge of window tinting tools and techniques.
• Ability to work well with others on the team.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Workmanship: Perform quality work in site preparation, equipment management, and window tinting and graphics installation duties.
• Support your coworkers with urgency and care for safety and quality.
• Follow instructions and develop a supportive relationship with other installers.
