Gulfeagle Supply in Venice, FL is seeking a Window Product Specialist to support the window sales effort by delivering current product knowledge, accurate quotes, and proactive follow-up with customers.

You will assist customers with window and SGD products, develop margins to meet budgets, and maintain strong teamwork with internal staff to drive efficient, cost-effective service for professional contractors and homeowners alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in window and SGD products, able to present information clearly to builders and homeowners.
• Ability to write reports or business correspondence in English and respond to questions from managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Be committed to customer service above all else and maintain professional courtesy.
• Assist customers with window and SGD products.
• Develop sales and margin levels to meet budgets and sales targets.
• Create window and door take-offs with emphasis on aluminum and PVC products.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve credit issues with mutual benefit.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly per guidelines.
• Learn and adhere to KWAD order processing procedures with minimal errors.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
