Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of windows or building materials and the residential/commercial construction industry.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn technical product information quickly.
• Comfortable presenting products and recommending solutions based on customer needs.
• Proficient with computers and sales/order entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a full line of window products to homeowners, contractors, and builders.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers via in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Prepare takeoffs, estimates, bids, and quotes based on customer plans and specs.
• Provide product recommendations and technical guidance for project solutions.
• Develop understanding of product offerings and stay current on industry trends.
• Manage projects from quote through order completion with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Address customer questions with professionalism and urgency to close sales.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and delivery to ensure a seamless experience.
