Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Service Technician to join our team in Earth City, Missouri. This role involves staining, sealing, and servicing window frames to ensure a high-quality finish and long-lasting durability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in wood finishing or window service, strong craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with a competitive hourly wage of $25–$27 plus bonus

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in wood staining, finishing, or window service preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of wood types, stain products, and application techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site staining and sealing of wood window frames, sashes, and trim.
• Conduct routine maintenance and service on installed windows, including adjustments, repairs, and refinishing.
• Inspect windows for damage, wear, or finish issues and recommend solutions.
• Inspect and gather service parts, maintaining an organized inventory.
• Keep service vehicle stocked with necessary parts.
• Ensure timely closeout of services to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members to meet expectations.
• Adhere to company safety standards and maintain a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
