Window World Grand Prairie is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our Grand Prairie team. You will meet homeowners, understand their home improvement needs, and present Window World windows, doors, and siding. With warm leads daily and no cold calling, you can focus on closing deals and growing your income.

This commission-based role offers substantial earning potential, including a 2-week paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to build rapport with homeowners and communicate confidently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners using company-provided leads.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right products and services.
• Present and sell windows, doors, siding, and related products.
• Measure windows and project areas to prepare accurate estimates.
• Prepare and present estimates to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Manage assigned leads and customer accounts.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, and industry trends.
