Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety is a top priority. You will be trained across all aspects of the role, assembling windows and related products with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Clear English communication to carry out job functions and work with your team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
