Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Savannah, GA is seeking a Window Carpentry Measure Technician to visit jobs, verify measurements, and assess labor and material needs for window replacements.

Responsibilities include providing installation solutions aligned with customer expectations, maintaining construction knowledge, and documenting job circumstances promptly. You will adhere to Renewal processes and strive for customer satisfaction with suitable installation techniques.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
• Window installation and measuring experience.
• Clear written communication and ability to document details clearly.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to use an iPad.

Window Carpentry Measure Technician

Renewal by Andersen- Savannah, GA

Responsibilities

• Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials
• Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement
• Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation
• Understands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standards
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience.
• Window installation/measuring experience
• Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents and messages
• Mechanical aptitude
• A valid driver's license
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to navigate an iPad
