Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Installer to join our nationwide network. You will install home remodeling products, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with management and obtaining final payments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with window replacements, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with homeowners and teammates. We offer a stable M-F schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and wrapping.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Install home remodeling products per Mad City's standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each installation.
• Communicate with management after installation to ensure satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry checklists with homeowners at completion.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
