Job summary

West Shore Home in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Window and Door Installer to join our team. You will load materials, travel to customer homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean job site.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM. This role requires basic hand/power tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety. We offer health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Position: Window and Door Installer

Location: Buffalo, NY

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $20-$22 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
