Job summary

West Shore Home in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Window and Door Installer to join our field team. You will load materials, travel to customers, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and ensure a clean, professional job site.

We value practical carpentry and remodeling experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. You’ll work Monday–Friday starting at 6:30 AM, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone access to company systems with two‑factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.

Position: Window and Door Installer

Location: Buffalo, NY

Schedule: Monday - Friday with a start time of 6.30AM

Purpose Of Position

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $20-$22 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Key Role Accountabilities

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
