Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking an Installer (1099) to install home remodeling products per company standards and complete finish work as needed. You will coordinate with management after each install to confirm satisfaction and authorize payments, and you will finalize a homeowner checklist on completion.

The role emphasizes respectful service to homeowners and adherence to safety and quality procedures while delivering year-round work with potential for high earnings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
