Purpose:

We seek accomplished, driven Lead Installers to enhance our customers' home upgrade experience. Responsibilities include window and door installation, ensuring customer satisfaction, pre-arrival planning, measurements, performing installations, and site shutdown. Provide guidance and training to Installers per company guidelines.

Compensation:

This role offers commission plus base pay, with successful candidates earning approximately $24.72-44.50/hour + $192 weekly commission. Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualified candidates. Compensation details vary based on experience, education, location, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• Experience managing job sites and leading crews
• Ability to mentor others
• Proven workmanship
• Availability between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• Knowledge of tools, valid driver’s license, effective communication, conflict resolution skills, organizational ability, and physical capability to lift up to 83 pounds
