PURPOSE:

We seek accomplished, driven Lead Installers to enhance our customers' home upgrade experience. Responsibilities include installing windows and doors, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning for materials, confirming measurements, performing installations, and training team members.

Compensation:

This role offers a base pay plus commission. Successful candidates can earn $22.25-$34.00 hourly + $192 weekly commission. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 may be available. Compensation depends on experience, education, location, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
