Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is hiring a 1099 Window Installer. Install home remodeling products per Mad City's standards, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication with homeowners and team required.

You must have 3 years remodeling/construction experience, knowledge of residential windows, and own a qualifying vehicle; insurance coverage mandatory. This role offers flexible schedule, weekly deposits, and the opportunity to earn substantial commissions

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking.
• Established LLC or EIN-backed business.
• General liability and worker's compensation insurance required.
• Cargo van or similar vehicle needed to carry equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
