Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Window Installer to join our national home improvement team. You will install remodeling products to Mad City's standards and apply finish work as needed, ensuring high-quality results for homeowners.

You’ll coordinate with homeowners and management to confirm satisfaction, complete the installation checklist, and protect the homeowner’s property, while upholding safety and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
