Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Installer in the Pittsburgh area to install home remodeling products per our standards. You will deliver finish work as needed and ensure customer satisfaction, communicating with management to authorize final payments and complete the homeowner checklist.

The role requires 3 years of remodeling/construction experience, knowledge of baths/windows/kitchens, and proper LLC and insurance. Excellent customer service is essential in this position.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business ownership.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
