Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an experienced Window and Door Installer in Boston, MA. You will load materials each morning, travel to customer homes, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and carefully finish the job with proper cleanup and customer rapport.

The role requires basic tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a readiness to follow SOPs and PPE protocols. A signing bonus is offered and benefits include health insurance and retirement plans.

• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows/doors and trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, protecting the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Position: Window and Door Installer

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
• $1,000 Signing Bonus! Sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.
