West Shore Home is hiring a Window and Door Installer in Boston, MA. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start, performing safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, while delivering a top‑tier customer experience.

The installer will load materials, travel to jobs, install, and complete cleanup. Compensation includes an hourly pay range and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, with potential for growth and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsabilités

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.

West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!Purpose Of PositionThe Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.Key Role Accountabilities

• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
• $1,000 Signing Bonus! Sign‑on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
