Job summary

West Shore Home in Boston, MA is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer to join our technology-driven home improvement team. You will load materials, travel to customers, demo existing fixtures, install new tubs or showers, and clean the worksite while delivering a 5-star experience.

Candidates should have carpentry or remodeling experience or a strong willingness to learn, basic tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for two-factor logins.

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks from the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to the customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Position: Shower and Bath Installer

Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday with a start time of 6:30AM

Purpose of Position:

The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21-$27 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

• $1,000 Signing Bonus! Sign-on bonus is paid in two installments: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment. Eligibility requirements and additional terms apply.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s Licenseand reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
