Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, seeks a Window Install Lead in Minnesota to lead residential window installations according to company standards. The role emphasizes craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to advance within a growing national home-improvement network.

Base pay is $32.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule. Earn up to $80,000 per year, with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
