Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Installer. The role involves installing home remodeling products to company standards, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction at project completion.

You will also coordinate with management to authorize final payments and complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner. The position offers a M-F schedule with base hourly pay of $32.50/hr and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
