Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Install Helper in Grand Rapids, MI. You will install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and complete finish work on each project.

This entry-level role requires 6 months of remodeling or carpentry experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. You’ll join a nationwide network focused on trusted home improvement and customer satisfaction, with a Monday–Friday schedule and

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
