Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company in Cedar Rapids, is seeking a Window Install Helper to assist in remodeling projects. You will install products according to standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and complete carpentry checklists.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of remodeling experience and strong communication skills. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to company standards.
• Complete finish work for every construction application.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About The Role

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion

Key Qualifications

• 6 months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
