Devine Management Consulting in Boston is seeking an experienced Window & Door Service Technician/Glazier to install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace windows, doors, glass, frames, and related components in residential and commercial properties.

The role involves completing about two to four service calls per day, reading measurements and blueprints, and safely using hand and power tools on-site. Company vehicle, gas card, and tools may be provided based on the assigned client.

Qualifications

• At least two years of window and door installation, repair, or service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting window, door, glass, frame, hardware, alignment, or sealing problems.

• Perform glass installation, door hanging, frame carpentry, trim work, sealing, and adjustments.

Job description

Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Some assignments may require leaving for service calls around 6:30 a.m.
Position Type: Full-time, on-site and field-based

Requirements

• At least two years of window and door installation, repair, or service experience.
• Related glazier, carpentry, handyman, maintenance, or construction experience may be considered.
• Experience troubleshooting window, door, glass, frame, hardware, alignment, or sealing problems.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor-vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a background check and lift materials required for installations.

Company vehicle, gas card, and tools may be provided based on the assigned client.
