Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring production team members to operate tools and assist in fabricating and inspecting windows and doors. You will read work orders, measure parts, and participate in quality checks to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Roles are full-time with all shifts available and a shift differential. Benefits include healthcare from day one, PTO and employee discounts, plus opportunities for cross-training in multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reading a tape measure and understanding decimals and fractions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and company systems.
• Willing to cross-train in multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools, saws, welders and other equipment.
• Assemble, fabricate, lift, pack and position window and door components.
• Perform extrusion, cutting, fitting, clamping and welding.
• Read work orders and take measurements and tolerances.
• Conduct quality inspections and document findings.
• Record quality data using tablets and Excel.
• Support continuous improvement activities and 5S.
• Maintain production flow and cleanliness; monitor materials.
• Train coworkers and cross-train across departments.
• Follow PPE, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
