Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 3 Floater in Auburn, WA to join our manufacturing team. The role involves advanced assembly of windows and doors, rotating across lines, and mentoring teammates on standard work and safety practices.

You will meet production targets, maintain quality, and support a safe work environment with PPE. Overtime or weekend hours may be required to meet demand in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
• Ability to safely move materials and operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.
• Manufacturing experience and familiarity with tape measures is required.

JOB DETAILS

Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, plus overtime based on production needs

Job Summary

Production Associate 3 Floater performs advanced-level assembly and/or glass production of Windows & Doors and rotates to different manufacturing lines as needed. Follows well-defined standard works with minimal guidance and oversight. Mentors teammates to help them develop new skills. Meets safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards while minimizing waste and cost. Meets production targets while maintaining production flow.
