You will be cross-trained across several operations, participate in standardized work, and contribute to SQDC improvements while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a team-driven environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read reports and cross-train on several operations.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work safely and follow procedures, standard work and product specs.
• Support material flow and the production process across the plant.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required.
• Engage in cross-training to maintain flexibility and adaptability.
