West Shore Home is seeking a Window & Door Installer in Tampa, FL. This role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and involves loading materials, traveling to homes, installing replacements, and ensuring a clean, professional job site.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
