Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Window & Door Installer in Dallas, TX to perform safe installations following SOPs and PPE protocols, delivering a 5-star customer experience. Duties include loading at the warehouse, traveling to homes, installing replacement windows/doors, and thorough cleanup.

The role requires basic hand/power tool knowledge, carpentry/remodeling experience or willingness to learn, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM from the warehouse.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
