Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our Orlando team. You will start at 6:30 AM, travel with a crew to customers’ homes, and perform safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, while maintaining a clean work site and providing a 5-star customer experience.

The role requires carpentry or remodeling experience or a strong willingness to learn, plus basic hand and power tool skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation for daily job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
