Job summary

WinChoice, a family-owned window and door installer based in Mountain Pine, Arkansas, is seeking a Window Service Technician to join a 1099 installer crew. You will perform professional residential window and patio door installations, operate independently, maintain high-quality standards, and complete projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of related experience or training preferred.
• Proven experience in window/door installation or residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair windows and patio doors.
• Perform trim and frame carpentry for openings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques with precision.
• Measure, cut, and install glass components as needed.
• Apply caulking and sealing with strong attention to detail.
• Safely handle heavy lifting and movement of large window units and patio doors.
• Wrap window trim using aluminum trim coil and a metal brake.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
