Job summary

WinChoice is seeking a Window & Door Installer Crew to join a 1099 contractor team. You will install, replace, and repair windows and patio doors, working independently to meet high standards and customer expectations.

Expect 15-20 services per week with hands-on carpentry, safe, efficient project execution, and a strong background in residential construction using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window/door installation and residential construction.
• Strong carpentry knowledge and precise use of hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy components and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair windows and patio doors.
• Perform trim and frame carpentry for openings.
• Use tools with precision and measure components accurately.
• Wrap exterior trim with aluminum coil and maintain safe site.
• Maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
