Job summary

WinChoice in Mountain Pine, Arkansas, is seeking a Window Service Technician to perform professional residential window and patio door installations as part of a 1099 crew. The role requires independence, high-quality workmanship, and safe, efficient project completion.

Typical schedule is 15-20 services per week with emphasis on craftsmanship, accurate measuring, trim carpentry, and careful caulking. Candidates should have proven installation experience and the ability to lift heavy units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window/door installation and related trades.
• Ability to work independently with high craftsmanship.
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds and perform heavy lifting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair windows and patio doors.
• Perform trim and frame carpentry for openings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Measure, cut, and install glass components.
• Apply caulking and sealing with attention to detail.
• Safely handle heavy lifting and movement of large units.
• Wrap window trim using aluminum trim coil.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
