Job summary

Champion Window in Dayton, OH seeks an Installation Supervisor to lead, train, and supervise our window, door, and siding installation teams. You will ensure accuracy in measurements, on-site safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with in-house and subcontractor crews to meet revenue goals.

The role requires early start times and occasional Saturdays, with a competitive pay range and benefits package as part of Champion’s commitment to quality and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA/Installation Masters training and related certification a plus.
• Clean driving record and reliable attendance.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in installation/service methods for window, door and siding projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.

Responsibilities

• Technical construction expert; measure and remeasure windows/doors/siding as required and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through site visits and timely communication with customers and Install Manager for concerns.
• Oversee in-house and subcontractor crews to meet daily revenue goals and ensure projects are completed with 100% balance due collected.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure training and regulatory compliance across all workers.
