Window World of Penn/Ohio in Pittsburgh is seeking an energetic Window & Door Technician to join our Moran family. You’ll perform installation work with training and ongoing support, following a preset Monday–Friday schedule.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, and precise workmanship; valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in replacement window and door installation preferred.
• Pleasant personality with energetic spirit.
• Prior customer service experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must past background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of products, installation techniques, and installation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Replace sashes, replace parts, and make adjustments as needed
