Renewal by Andersen is seeking experienced window and door installation subcontractors with general and trim carpentry experience in Florida. You will manage on-site installations, protect homes, and deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Responsibilities include exterior trim work, maintaining a clean and safe jobsite, and presenting a professional appearance. Prior carpentry and brake metal experience are required, along with valid business and liability licenses.

Qualifications

• Prior carpentry experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience with brake metal.
• Valid business license and general liability license.
• Ownership of installation tools, trailer with brake metal, and truck.
• Workers' compensation insurance or valid exemption for Florida.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers’ homes during removal and installation.
• Complete exterior trim work on windows and doors, with occasional interior finish work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite throughout each project.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
