Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Construction Laborer in Charlotte, NC to support installations for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The role requires arriving early, loading materials, and traveling to customer homes to perform installations with attention to safety and quality.

You will engage customers, maintain jobsite cleanliness, and handle paperwork and payments after client interactions. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a hands-on approach to home improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device for two‑factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
