Job summary

West Shore Home in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Construction Helper to assist installers with safe, efficient remodeling projects for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. You will load materials at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, travel to customer homes, demo fixtures and install new components, then clean up and return to the warehouse.

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a hunger to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Must have a valid smart phone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
