Job summary
Shadeotech Window Fashions in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Production & Installation Labourer to support workshop production and on-site installation of custom window coverings. You will operate shop equipment, assist with fabrication, load materials, and help install products on residential and commercial sites while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.
This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced manufacturing and installation environment with opportunities for growth and skill
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a warehouse/workshop and on active job sites.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing and installation processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with manufacturing and assembly of custom window coverings in the workshop.
- Operate shop equipment and tools, including saws and cutting machines.
- Safely use hand tools and power tools for fabrication and installation.
- Support warehouse duties: material preparation, organization and inventory handling.
- Load/unload materials, tools, and finished products; drive company vehicles for deliveries.
- Perform residential and commercial installations, using ladders and working at heights.
