Job summary

Budget Blinds, LLC is seeking a Window Treatment Installer to install blinds, shades, shutters, and related products across Northern Oregon and Southwest Washington Coast. You will measure, install, and train customers on operation while traveling between homes and businesses.

We value problem-solving, pride in quality workmanship, and delivering excellent customer service. Training is provided, and the role offers year-round work with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable lifting products and working on tall ladders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel throughout our service area during the workday.

Responsibilities

• Installing custom blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, motorized shades, and window film in residential and commercial settings.
• Solving installation challenges and finding creative solutions when every window isn't "textbook."
• Measuring windows for future installations.
• Teaching customers how to operate and care for their new products.
• Working independently while staying connected with our office and sales team.
• Keeping your work vehicle, tools, and warehouse materials organized.
• Receiving and organizing freight.
• Representing Budget Blinds with professionalism in every customer's home.

Window Treatment Installer

Location: Northern Oregon & Southwest Washington Coast

Pay: $18–25/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Paid Training | 401(k) Match | PTO

What This Job Is Really Like

This isn't a job where you punch a clock and stand in one place all day.

You'll drive to different homes and businesses throughout Northern Oregon and Southwest Washington, solve unique installation challenges, meet interesting people, and leave every customer with a finished product they're excited about.

One day you may be installing motorized shades in a custom beachfront home. The next, you could be installing shutters in a local business or helping troubleshoot an existing product.
