Job summary

Shine of Tysons is seeking an entry-level Window Cleaning Technician. No prior experience is necessary, as paid training will be provided to learn the trade. You will operate Shine vehicles to customer sites, perform window cleaning tasks, and ensure satisfaction on each job with the team.

Starting pay ranges from $19–$23 per hour, with potential commissions and bonuses. Company-provided uniforms, equipment, and a supportive, team-focused culture are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team each day to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive in Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with a teammate and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure satisfaction with the on-site job.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap and plan next steps.
