Fish Window Cleaning of Alabaster in Pelham, AL is hiring: join a Birmingham window cleaning crew that values reliability and a positive attitude. No prior experience needed; we’ll teach you the trade. You’ll work outdoors, with a steady daytime schedule, and earn by the hour as you learn the ropes.

Expect training at $16/hr for the first two weeks, then $18–$22/hr as you move to production, with the potential to reach $25+/hr for experienced techs. Direct deposit every two weeks.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+.
• Valid driver's license and a clean-ish driving record.
• Live within about 30 minutes of Birmingham.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day.
• Okay with climbing a ladder now and then.
• Ready for outdoor work through all the normal Alabama seasons.
• Reliable and on time.

Responsabilidades

• Making homes and businesses shine, inside and out: glass, screens, and tracks.
• Riding to local jobs in a company vehicle (no wear and tear on your car during the day!).
• Working mostly from the ground. Ladders only come out a couple times a week, and we'll train you to use them safely.
• Chatting with customers and leaving every job better than you found it.

You don't need any window cleaning experience. Seriously! If you're dependable, hardworking, and easy to get along with, we'll teach you everything else.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making homes and businesses shine, inside and out: glass, screens, and tracks

The Pay

• $16/hr during your first ~2 weeks of hands-on training
• $18–$22/hr for most techs once you switch to production pay
• $25+/hr for our experienced, efficient techs
• Paid every two weeks by direct deposit

The Schedule (the best part)

• Monday–Friday, starting at 6:30AM
• Most days wrap up between 1:30 and 2:30, and even the long days are done by 3:30.
• No weekends. No evenings. No exceptions.
• Plenty of daylight left for whatever you love doing
