Carpenter Cleaning is hiring a Professional Window Cleaner with prior experience in the field. We serve clients throughout Central Illinois and are known for our high standards, attention to detail, and commitment to safety. Location & Service Area

Based in Springfield, IL | Service Area: Central Illinois

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $17–$25/hour (based on experience)

Health insurance available after 90 days (50/50 employer-employee split)

Services We Offer

• Window Cleaning (Traditional and Water-Fed Pole)
• Soft Washing
• Pressure Washing
• Gutter Cleaning

Key Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning using mop & squeegee and extension poles
• Operate water-fed pole systems with precision
• Work at heights using ladders and occasionally MEWPs
• Travel to jobs throughout Central Illinois (company vehicle provided)

Required Experience

• Professional window cleaning experience is required
• Proficiency with traditional tools (mop and squeegee, extension pole)
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Experience with water-fed pole systems

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience operating MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms)

Requirements

• Strong physical stamina; some days may be long or physically demanding
• Strict adherence to safety protocols—no shortcuts allowed
• Clean driving record (driving record will be checked)
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or with a team
